Capture Volume 2 Preview: All My Dreams on VHS

Written and Directed my Timothy X. Atack, 2008’s All My Dreams on VHS won the Audience award at the NexT International Film Festival in Buchares Romania. The concept is certainly extremely original, and has captured the attention of audiences worldwide. ‘Whilst many people might forget their dreams of getting a promotion or winning big on the PartyPoker site as soon as they wake up, the lead character in All My Dreams on VHS is able to record what he has dreamt. However, this also means there’s a risk of them being watched by someone else…’ It also earned Official Selections in:

In All My Dreams on VHS, James can record his dreams onto VHS. He collects them… but what happens when girl of his dreams Erica finds herself on tape?

As well as having plenty of filmmaking talent behind the camera, All My Dreams on VHS also features a small but very sucessful cast:

O.T. Fagbenle (James), has featured in many productions on UK tv screens such as “Doctor Who” as the ill fated “Other Dave” in the Silence in the Library / Forest of the Dead double episode. O.T. can also be seen in the BBC’s “Walter’s War“, taking the lead as Walter Tull, the first commissioned black army officer.
Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Erica), is also a recent veteran of adventures in the world of “Doctor Who” staring in a number episodes as Tish Jones, sister of Martha, including the dramatic end of season double episode “The Sound of Drums” / “Last of the Time Lords“. Gugu has also featured in many other TV dramas such as “Bonekickers” and “Spooks” and is also currently filming the new J.J. Abrams spy series “Undercovers” as one of the leads “Samantha“.
