Delivery Policy
A1 Pictures aims to deliver your order within 7 – 14 working days on receipt of payment. You have the right to cancel your order 7 days from the date after receipt of payment and a full refund will be given.
Returns Policy
A1 Pictures has taken steps to ensure that the product arrives in a satisfactory condition. In the unlikely event of any fault or defect we will endeavour to replace the product within 30 days.
You are entitled to a refund within 30 days from the date of notice that you are unhappy with the product as long as the product has not been opened or tampered with in any way. Before the refund can be issued the product must be returned to A1 Pictures in the condition it was sent out.
